October 1st marks the independence day and Tabon-Tabon Adoption thanksgiving falls on this day, the event saw a mammoth crowd who occupied virtually every space of the church's auditorium leaving the outside also fully occupied.
On this fateful day had powerful messages from the Baba Aladura of Morning Star Church, His Most Eminence Joseph Adenaike (JP):

1.  Be fervent in the position you hold: "Never get too overwhelmed with the position you hold in church, ensure your performance is done with sincere trust, and always have faith in God to progress" he added that 'No position is permanent'

2.  Always Pray For Nigeria: Baba, in his message advice Morningstarians to always put Nigeria in prayer, reassuring that only prayer can change the current situation of NIgeria, he further encouraged youth to be fervent in their good works.

3. Don't Marry a foreigner: Citing example from the story of Solomon, Baba Aladura has advice youths not to marry 'foreigners' warning that it sometimes leads to destruction.

4. Don't Act like a Slave: Story of an adopted boy by a certain wealthy man better explains the need to never devalue or demean one's self. The boy who as adopted followed his adoptee to an occasion where  in-spite the embellishment given to him by the wealthy man, he did not change his real person, the boy was found eating from a waste bin after being served a very rich meal.
The story concluded that the boy was hence disowned by the man.
Baba buttressed that YOUR ATTITUDE CAN PUT YOU IN BONDAGE...
