Breaking News: A child was named during the General Conference



We swept dusts off the records of Morning and couldn't find a time when a child was christened during a General Conference Anniversary in Morning Star. 
However,  this record was broken as a new born baby was anointed and given a name on this peculiar day.

For the first time the newly born daughter of Brother Peter Amadi and  Lady disciple Ogudo Edith, Deborah C. C Peter Amadi, whose parents were members of a Parish in Bauchi got christened during the General Conference.
This unusual happening wowed attendees at the 60th National General Conference which thereby caused a mixed reactions among them.
In an interview with a few members, on what their VIEW was about the oddity, some praised God and others felt amazed. 

Snr. Ap. Gen.  Leon Okosi  said "the child dedication on this occasion of 60th Anniversary is a unique one and the the first of its kind. It portend greatness. We give God all the glory for this uniqueness" 
Another interviewee, Evangelist Alonge Osabohien Taiwan (Esq),  expressed his belief that “The naming which co note with the 60th Anniversary is first in kind since the inception of this Holy Order...  This is showing that we are for signs and wonder from henceforth in this Holy Order...  God bless the newly born baby”
Today's naming is a historic one because it's first of it's kind and also taking place at the Diamond Anniversary of the Holy Order. It's signifies a new era of blessing and newness of life for the Morning Star Church. -Pastor Emmanuel Arhuere
While Another member, Leader Olusegun Badejo said it is a sign of New Birth for the Holy Order.
Meanwhile it was gathered by one of the member of the Media crew, Ayomide Akinmolayan (Ifako Parish)  that the parents of this new born child relocated from Bauchi to Lagos last week, and started worshiping at the General Headquarters, where the Lady disciple in labour gave birth to a girl last week Sunday. 

Having given birth on this day, it is thereby required that the child be christened in the church the next Sunday which fell on the National General Conference.
Gifts, prayers and sweet songs were offered to welcome the child thought by many to be a new birth of Morning.
